Ajay Trehan is a pioneer in modern background screening process outsourcing. He founded AuthBridge in 2005 and has built the company into a leading authority on background check management in India. Today, AuthBridge is a quality-driven, best practice company, delivering proven business impact risk advisory solutions to top draw clients, including Fortune 500 organizations. Ajay’s perspective on the importance of risk assessment and mitigation drives AuthBridge’s culture of innovation and commitment to excellence. His passion for best standards in service and customer engagement has seen the company measure up to global quality benchmark, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. A visionary leader, Ajay has been critical to AuthBridge’s success and growth. While he is actively involved in formulating strategy and execution across the entire screening process lifecycle, Ajay also participates in guiding AuthBridge’s clients on Total Security Management – a risk advisory initiative of AuthBridge. Under his leadership, AuthBridgeis steadily growing into a leading risk advisory organization in India. Before turning an entrepreneur, Ajay had a distinguished career with ICI India where he held leadership positions in operations and sales. His ability to recognize new business opportunities when markets and technologies are in transition also prompted him to co author CORE BPO, a business process outsourcing company that specialized in providing Business Process Outsourcing to the UK Real Estate Industry. Beyond the confines of AuthBridge, Ajay is actively involved in advocating the need for responsible hiring practices in today’s high-stake business environment. As an authoritative voice, he addresses various thought leadership forums to make sure the importance of risk management over damage control is clearly understood. Ajay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. He is also a certified ISO 9000 auditor.

Anil Dhar,

Anil is responsible for overseeing the growth of the company, by focusing on, all efforts associated with business development and program execution for better understanding of AuthBridge's offerings among its target audience. Additionally, he manages the sales support function, including the request for proposal response process. His charter also includes the exploration of new and innovative solutions for clients in pre-employment background screening domain. Anil's ability to build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision makers, establishing high profit accounts with excellent levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty qualify him to lead manage the sales and marketing function at AuthBridge. At AuthBridge, Anil brings in more than a decade of leadership experience covering a wide range of portfolio that extends from Corporate and Industrial Selling to Direct Selling to Dealer Networks. He is a seasoned professional with acknowledged skills in building customer support organisations and managing cross-cultural business practices. Prior to joining AuthBridge, Anil served in a French Multinational as Business Manager, providing high-end CAD/CAM technology solutions.

Preeta heads Operations and is responsible for the overall direction and management of Background Screening operations at AuthBridge. With more than 20 years of total professional experience and a proven track record of lead-managing complex customer programs, Preeta has direct experience of most areas of background screening and due diligence, having worked on multiple project throughout the process lifecycle. Preeta has deep domain knowledge of back office processing, analytical applications, data security, client reporting tools and how they are leveraged within diverse industry verticals. This operational expertise is complimented with strong leadership ability. Preeta can manage multiple competing priorities and occasional crises with the same assurance. In her role as the compliance head at AuthBridge, Preeta was instrumental successful certification and implementation of ISO standards for Quality & Information Security. She plays a critical role in developing baseline operating standards – building performance metrics, designing process improvement modules and implementing them for quality.

Lipika Mohanty,

Lipika Mohanty leads the Human Resources (HR) function at AuthBridge. Lipika oversees talent acquisition, deployment, employee engagement, rewards management and leadership development among other aspects of the human resources function. She is also responsible for group strategy set-up, overall HR Process Solution development and special HR & social initiatives at AuthBridge. With over 15 years of experience and knowledge in the domain, she guides a team of professionals through rigour of strategizing the company's recruitment needs and processes for mission critical requirements, provides leadership and guidance on People Management strategies and practices so as to adapt industry best practices, and align them with business priorities, operating environment and strategic goals. Prior to AuthBridge, Lipika was spearheading the HR team of Serco Global Services, India, managing the human resources function for the company. With strong focus on Organisational Development, she was instrumental in building the complete HR framework and putting together the best team. Her career also includes several consulting assignments for organizations like Infosys, iGate, Nokia, CavinKare, Escotel, and Godfrey Philips among others on talent acquisition, e-learning, training and development, HR systems and processes (Automation), SAP–HR (ERP) Implementation and compensation.

Shivani Gupta,

Shivani is the head of corporate communications at AuthBridge. She provides communication strategy and tactical direction at both the external and internal level, and is responsible for all communications and public relations initiatives. Shivani has a diverse communications background, including extensive media relations, marketing, online communications, community relations, crisis and internal communications. In addition to building the corporate reputation of AuthBridge, she is responsible for generating industry and client awareness on background screening and risk mitigation advisory. Before joining AuthBridge, she has led integrated strategic communications campaign for many clients and global organisations during her stint with Perfect Relations, South Asia's largest image management consultancy'. Shivani also worked with Becton Dickinson India and Imprimis Public Relations, prior to 'Perfect Relations. Shivani is a graduate from Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She has a Post graduate diploma in marketing from National Institute of Advertising.
