Subinder has the experience of two strategic exits – EZPower Systems, a software products company he co-founded (now a part of Oracle), and marketRx, a product-enabled marketing analytics company (acquired by Cognizant). He is a NASSCOM Emerge mentor and a Charter member of TiE. He has a B.Tech from IIT, Delhi.

Mr. O P Chhatwal has the distinction of being seasoned professional deep-domain know-how in matters relating to fraud. As part of the AuthBridge Board, he plays a stellar role in defining and mentoring the organisation on processes to handling cases of forgery, impropriety, swindling and others similar offences.

Mr. Chhatwal retired from active police service as Deputy Inspector General, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) after the agency for 40 years. In his career, Mr. Chhatwal investigated many cases of Corruption against senior public servants and acted as the Presenting Officer in such departmental proceedings. For his meritorious services, Mr. Chhatwal received the CBI Gold Medal for Best Investigating Officer in 1984.

Amongst numerous headline matters, Mr Chhatwal supervised the Mumbai serial bomb blast cases of 1993. He successfully handled the extradition of underworld don Abu Salem and his consort from Portugal. He also has the experience of investigating bank frauds, forgery, hijacking and terrorist offences.

Dilip Cherian is widely recognized as India’s ‘Image Guru’. He started Perfect Relations in early nineties which is now South Asia’s largest communications consultancy with 14 offices and over 512 professionals on the team.

Before setting up Perfect Relations, Dilip was the editor of Business India and Business Editor of the daily financial broadsheet, The Observer. Dilip continues to express his opinion through columns in various newspapers with devoted readership.

Dilip’s involvement today cuts across a wide range of institutions of the country. He is the member of the Board of Advertising Standards Council of India and on the Governing Council of the National Institute of Design. He is also a member of the Central board of Film Certification and a Director at Radio Mid-day. He has also been elected as the National Chair of International Public Relations Association (IPRA).

Samir Kapur has more than 13 years of experience in corporate communications and strategic planning. In this professional tenure, Samir has held senior leadership position at organisations such as ESPN Star Sports, Perfect Relations PR, O&M PR and Ricoh India. Presently, Samir is working as the Vice President – Corporate Communications with Fullerton India Credit, a business initiative of Government of Singapore’s Temasek Group

As a member of the board, Samir brings to AuthBridge expert insight in developing marketing communications strategy and its process-driven execution.

Samir has extensive communications and public relations experience and has developed and overseen strategic corporate communications initiatives for various companies through his career. His corporate experience spans financial reporting, all aspects of internal and external communications, public relations, government affairs, investor relations and corporate social responsibility.

Besides AuthBridge, Samir is on the board of Invest Shoppe – a financial planning company. He is also an advisor to Kotak Life Insurance.

Samir is an engineer, and an MBA with specialisation in finance and marketing. He also has a doctorate in business management.

Mr. M B Kaushal brings to AuthBridge years of experience in successfully strategizing and managing large scale anti-crime operations. Mr. Kaushal provides mentorship and advice regarding the structured sourcing and management of critical information. Mr. Kaushal guides the research team at AuthBridge on evolving methodologies for process improvement in pre- employment background screening services.

Mr. M B Kaushal is an Indian Police Services officer of the 1963 batch, serving as the Secretary to Home Ministry on Internal Security, Police & the Department of Jammu & Kashmir.

Mr. Kaushal is the recipient of Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service and the President of India's Police Medal for Distinguished Service. During his illustrious service he also served as Chief of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and as the Commissioner of Police, New Delhi.

Mr. M K Zutshi is an authority on the Indian legal framework, with an astute understanding of security threats in corporate finance. Mr. Zutshi's presence on the Board of AuthBridge lends an edge to the organisation in the space of risk assessment products, relating to pre-employment screening in the financial services domain.

Mr. Zutshi has held several senior Revenue leadership positions in a career that spreads over a period of 40 years. He has served as the Chairman and Member (Budget) of Central Board of Excise & Customs (CBEC), making him the only official in the history of CBEC to hold two key portfolios at the same time. Mr. Zutshi has also been the Director General in the Directorate of Economic Intelligence Bureau, and the Department of Revenue Intelligence.
